HendricksCares

HendricksCares is about bringing the Hendricks Regional Health values to life. This movement embodies the empathy, engagement and collaboration of our associates. It represents the nearly 4,000 hours that our associates commit each year to serve our community. This way of thinking enables our team members to make a difference in the community through our aligned partners such as Habitat for Humanity, Sheltering Wings, and the Hendricks Symphony Orchestra. It empowers associates to proudly represent Hendricks Regional Health at fun, interactive events such as the Hendricks & Putnam County 4-H Fairs, Little League World Series Tournaments, and other meaningful community events.

As a valued associate, we are pleased that you have an interest in being a part of the #HendricksCares movement. We will post community volunteer opportunities throughout the year on HRHVolunteer.com. As an associate, you will be able to create a simple profile so you can easily sign up for new events. We thank you for your loyalty, not only to your employer but to your community as well.

  • Exclusively for Hendricks Regional Health associates, providers and partners
  • Secure and easy way to learn about year-round clinical and non-clinical volunteer opportunities in the community
  • For more information, contact Community Relations at CommunityRelations@hendricks.org

ASSOCIATE INCENTIVE PROGRAM
While our policy does not permit HRH to pay associates for volunteering in the community, we have structured an incentive program for associates to log community service hours via HRHVolunteer.com.

At the end of the calendar year, associates who volunteer at community events through HRHVolunteer.com will be rewarded with a gift certificate to the Hendricks Regional Health Gift Shop, Window Off Main. A gift certificate will be inter-office mailed to all associates at the end of 2024 who meet the set criteria for hours logged as outlined below. The value of the gift card will be based on the total year-to-date volunteer hours logged through HRHVolunteer.com. These gift certificates can be put towards the purchase of any item in the gift shop and expire on December 31, 2025.

For those associates who log 50 hours or more, HRH will provide a $100 grant to the charity of the associate’s choice. While we appreciate and applaud associates for logging community service hours through their church, school or community organizations, the HRH associate incentive program only credits the hours logged directly through HRHVolunteer.com.

  • Volunteer at one event in 2024 = $10 Credit to the HRH Gift Shop
  • 10+ hours in 2024 = $25 Credit to the HRH Gift Shop
  • 20+ hours in 2024 = $35 Credit to the HRH Gift Shop
  • 30+ hours in 2024 = $50 Credit to the HRH Gift Shop
  • 40+ hours in 2024 = $60 Credit to the HRH Gift Shop
  • 50+ hours in 2024 = $70 Credit to the HRH Gift Shop plus a $100 grant for charity of choice (the organization must meet our criteria)
